Third-Generation Entrepreneur

Mr. Raunak Agarwal is a third-generation entrepreneur and has been at the helm of Raunak's operations for almost a decade. His leadership has played a role in expanding the organisation from a single-unit, single-state business into a company with a Pan-India distribution presence.

He is an alumnus of SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai, where he completed his PGP in Family Managed Business. He previously studied at JD Birla Institute, Kolkata and Calcutta International School.

A lifelong Kolkata resident, Raunak is passionate about Indian music, travel and food, interests that complement his professional focus on business, retail and consumer experiences.

VISION

In line with the vision of our Founder Chairman, Shri LN Agarwal who has been into mattress manufacturing since the early 1970s when he served at one of the pioneering makers of rubberised coir in India, following which he mastered the art himself and eventually it was his desire to continue crafting dreams for the Indian consumer that under his able leadership, his son, Shri Manoj Agarwal established his own foray in the year 1997. The father-son duo crafted their path into the industry step-by-step gradually progressing from a one-plant one-geography unit as a startup to a multi-brand multi-location sleep brand.

MISSION

Today, RAUNAK has made inroads into a network of over 2500+ Retailers points across 18 states of India along with customers in neighbouring Asian countries serviced through it’s four manufacturing facilities spread across diverse locations to enable localised and customer-based customised products in fastest lead times.
The ever-growing RAUNAK family boasts of more than 2 Lac square feet of manufacturing facilities along with state-of-the-art technology in line with the market’s ever evolving situation with a capability of making 250,000 mattresses annually.
