You take the decision, we’ll honour it on our end.
For our exclusive online-only range of Dreamfresh products, we follow a “No Questions Asked Policy”.
In case you choose to return a product after receiving it and not using it, we’ll take it back and your Refund will be processed immediately once the mattress is picked up. We’ll only be charging you the logistics cost incurred by us due to your change in mind.
Trust us, your Return and Refund is as hassle- free, just like the rest of our processes.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Call the Customer Care Team on +91 9433058682 or email at info@sleepfresh.in to raise your return request.
  2. Fill in a simple Sleepyhead Order Return Form.
  3. Your return request will be validated by our support team in 24-48 hours.
  4. You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
  5. We will be arranging for your return to be picked up in 1-3 days post validation of the request.
  6. Once your return is picked up, we will process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

No cancellation & refunds are allowed under any circumstances after 6 hours of order placement for Custom Size Mattress. Cancellation post size confirmation/dispatch of standard size mattress cancellation fees of Rs. 1500/- will be applicable. Any size change in standard size mattress post-dispatch, before delivery, Rs. 1500/- will be applicable.

Any size change after delivery of standard mattress below mentioned charges will be applicable,

For 4, 5 and 6 Inch height mattress Rs. 3000/-
For 8 Inch height mattress Rs. 4000/-
For 10 Inch height mattress Rs. 5000/-

Size changes are not allowed in Custom Size Mattress. Size changes for standard size mattress post-delivery will not be entertained if the mattress got damaged or is not in a condition to using.
