In case you choose to return a product after receiving it and not using it, we’ll take it back and your Refund will be processed immediately once the mattress is picked up. We’ll only be charging you the logistics cost incurred by us due to your change in mind.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Call the Customer Care Team on +91 9433058682 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to raise your return request.
- Fill in a simple Sleepyhead Order Return Form.
- Your return request will be validated by our support team in 24-48 hours.
- You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
- We will be arranging for your return to be picked up in 1-3 days post validation of the request.
- Once your return is picked up, we will process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.
